Custom Designs- order through FB messenger

THIS IS A DIGITAL FILE ONLY 

You will receive an exclusive license to use the design an unlimited amount of times on any physical product. This license does not include the copyright to the design. Liz It still owns the rights to the design. Designs can not be altered or sold digitally.

Unlimited changes to the design BEFORE the final design is sent you. Once the final design is sent to you, you will have to purchase another custom spot AT FULL PRICE to make any further changes no matter how simple the changes are.

There are certain elements that won't be exclusive to you. Fonts that I have purchased for other designers and components that I have already designed, will not be exclusive to you. As a whole, the design will be exclusive.

CURRENT TURN-AROUND-TIME:

-My current TAT for customs is 1-2 weeks. I will work on customs in the order of which I receive the completed forms NOT in the order of which they're purchased. 

DESIGNS I REFUSE TO WORK WITH:

-Anything political.

-Anything that takes a political stance.

-Anything offensive to a specific group of individuals.

-Anything trademarked or copyrighted

-Anything demonic.

I reserve the right to refuse service if I do not feel comfortable creating your design. I also reserve the right to refund/cancel if we can't come to an agreement on a final design. I will need to get these done in a timely manner so I can work on my own designs.

USER AGREEMENT

-You may not claim the design as your own. 

-You may not sell any designs as digital files. They can only be used on physical products. 

-You may not make any alterations to the design. 

-You may not use my mockups with my watermark to advertise your product. 

-Liz It and all associated with me, own the copyrights to your custom design. That being said, if you violate these terms, Liz It may pursue legal action.
